USP Package Intercept (Sender)
Sign in to your UPS account from the official website and make the required modifications that you require with the help of the intercept program. You can also make a free account by clicking on the Register option on the log-in window.
Press on the Shipping tab and click on View History option. If you haven’t yet paid for the shipping then you need to add the invoice number and gain access to the options related to your package. Place a checkmark on your preferred package on which you want to Request UPS Change of Address. Click on the option which says Request Intercept to reroute your UPS package.
Furthermore, you need to select the option that whether you want the package to be returned to you or you want it to be sent to another address. You can also Reschedule Delivery to delay the package to be delivered later on some date.
Click on Next to enter your credit information and your interception will be carried out.

All of the intercept services of UPS do charge the same. The interceptions can be made over the phone also. However, over the phone, the charges might be a little extra than the usual rate.
UPS change delivery address
Locate your 12 digit number located on the invoice left by the UPS driver who attempted to make the delivery. This number is the same as that of the number which is used to track your package during delivery.
Visit the UPS official website. Enter the invoice number in the Track box which is located on the left side of the screen. Select the “Another delivery option” from the Package Progress section and select the option which you require.
You might need to add the additional information which might be required such as your credit card details for any sorts of additional fees charged. Click on the option which says finish in order to confirm the changes which you have submitted. These changes would require the same fees since the changes are the same as made by the sender.
